Looking forward to Spring?

Lake in summer

Yes, it’s the Spring equinox in just four days! If you’re hoping for summer weather forget it, but we can expect blossom on the trees, tulips and daffodils and bluebells in the woods. I’ll be out there enjoying the fresh air and  watching nature begin a new year. How about you?

Living on a pound a day was Friday’s post. Could you manage on just a pound a day for food. I bet some past members of the Bullingdon Club would struggle, but they expect others to manage.

They say you can tell what’s going on in someone’s mind just by looking at the expression on their face. What do you think?

More Thursday Thrifty shopping was for those of us trying to save a quid while we are waiting for the 2015 general election.

The mid-week Moan was a new idea for the middle of the week. That didn’t go down too well, but I’ll be making more comment on society and anything else I feel like tomorrow!

Neodigital Art | Black Country  Pictures was Tuesdays neodigital post. Everyone has their own taste in art. I don’t think members of the Bullingdon Club will be buying my pictures any time soon, but some people appreciate them. You can check that post out, double click a picture to make it larger. Then download it, print a copy, frame it and you have art to adorn your living room wall at a bargain price. I don’t need to make millions or be given a medal; I’m not that insecure.

Psychology | Out of desperation was Monday’s post. Desperation can drive us to do desperate things.  It seems in the UK we are becoming a desperate society. Should we build more prisons and mental hospitals?

Sunday thoughts on the coming of Spring was Sunday’s ramble through whatever was topical or on my mind that day. I think we are going to have a wet weekend this week, but I’m sure we can expect the government and water companies to declare a drought before long!

I’ll be back tomorrow ranting on about the week’s events and whatever else I feel like ranting about. Did you know that the last Pope, God’s representative on earth, used his authority to confer royal status on a couple of little girls making them princesses. The Pope can do that; delegate his authority and create Royalty. Perhaps he could make some citizen of the Falklands a King and give them independence?
