I do a lot of online bargain hunting and shopping online is very popular. Even Poundland has a website that takes orders online. They have a 50p event on at the moment and in the stores, they are selling of Christmas goodies for just 25p!
The Aldi super-six this week are red onions (1kg), cherry plum tomatoes, (250g), Galia melon, Jersey Royal potatoes (450g), fun size apples (7) and green beans (220g). I got that wrong last week, they updated the website after I had written that post. You can always click the link to check though.
The Aldi super-six this week are chantenay carrots (500g), white cabbage, little gem lettuce (2), spring onions, lemons (3) and celery; the same as last week. They are all 49p each. There are lots of gardening bargains to be had in today’s special buys. I like the windowsill greenhouse for 1.99, great for starting off those seeds.

I went to Aldi in search of bargains again this week. I usually go there first but went on the way home forgetting they closed early. You really need plenty of time to search for bargains and 10 minutes wasn’t enough. I still got chicken and eggs at a better price than the larger supermarkets.
