This first picture was sent to me by Carolyn over at Wonder of Tech, that technophile site that deals with all things to do with internet technology. I think this photo of the super-moon was taken with an Iphone. (more…)
This must be my best picture so far in 2013. The angle of the shot is unusual and I think it looks good in grey scale. I did my usual editing and removed a council litter bin, then changed it to grey scale. I did crop quite a lot of the original too.
I can’t remember when I took this photo. I think it was the summer of 2011. I do remember having to take it through chain-link fencing. I have edited it again using PhotoScape using a watercolour option. It looks quite artistic now.
This photograph was taken by Carolyn over at a Wonder of Tech. Is it art? John Constable painted similar scenes of the English Countryside and they are considered art. We can produce lots of varied images now and they can be art. We do have to define art, though.
I usually use my own photographs for these neodigital art blogs or guest photos, but this week I have something different. Carolyn over at the Wonder of Tech sent me two photos to have a go at editing. They were virtually monochrome and so I decided to colorize with Smoothdraw 3 and touch them up a little. This is one of the edits, I did a few!
